OUR SERVICES

COMMUNITY SUPERVISED CONTACT

We provide safe, nurturing environments for children to maintain meaningful relationships with non-resident parents through professionally managed supervised contact sessions.

These sessions are designed to prioritise the child’s emotional wellbeing, safety, and developmental needs while supporting positive family connections.

Contacts can be arranged in a variety of community-based settings, including hospitals, schools, homes, prisons, or other locations recommended by the social worker or preferred by the family, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all parties involved.

Our trained staff facilitate each session with sensitivity and professionalism, observing interactions, promoting safe engagement, and documenting outcomes where required.

We work closely with local authorities, legal representatives, and social workers to ensure that contact arrangements align with safeguarding plans and court directions.

Whether short-term or ongoing, our supervised contact service offers a structured, child-centred approach that supports family relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and accountability.

INDEPENDENT, VIABILITY & INTERNATIONAL ASSESSMENTS

We deliver comprehensive, evidence-based assessments led by highly qualified, registered social workers. Each evaluation is designed to safeguard children while supporting informed decision-making across care, legal, and social work contexts.

Parenting Assessments
Our parenting assessments provide a detailed evaluation of a child’s welfare, family relationships, and any concerns regarding safety or development.

These include:

Direct observations of the child and family.

Interviews with professionals and family members.

Analysis of historical and current information.

Clear recommendations for support, intervention, or legal action.

Competition of contact reports for court.

We also offer international parenting assessments, supporting families across borders where jurisdictional clarity and cultural sensitivity are essential.

Viability Assessment Services
Our independent viability assessments help determine whether extended family members or connected persons can safely and appropriately care for children who may not remain with their birth parents. We assess each proposed carer’s ability to meet the child’s emotional, physical, and developmental needs.

Whether commissioned by local authorities, courts, or legal teams, our service provides clarity, accountability, and child-centred recommendations always aligned with safeguarding protocols and trauma-informed practice.
